Training

The training we deliver is comprehensive and ongoing, much of it is 1 on 1, no over crowded classrooms here.

The training centres on our 50 module training plan which is carried out both on the job and off the job.

Our training covers every aspect of running a successful franchise within the XTC family.

Most of your training will take place at the weekend ensuring you can complete your training whilst still working.

As everyone learns and picks things up at a different rate our training course is open ended we will not move forward with launching your franchise until you are at ease with all you need to know and more importaintly we know that you are ready.
